Mod post: The 2020 LJ Book Bingo Reading Challenge
First of all, we would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

The drawing for the 2019 winner will happen a bit later on today, but I did want to go ahead and post the Reading Challenge list for everyone to see. I took the prompts from this post, reused some old categories, and separated some that had been combined. I hope that everyone likes it.

ETA: Edited to replace card after a couple of typos were reported.

While there will be no prize, no keeping track of bingos or anything like that, we still want to hear from all of you. Let us know how you're doing, feel free to ask for recommendations or seek recommendations. Memes, reading games, etc. We want to see it. We are so thankful to you all.

Current Mood: hopeful

Mod post: Please use this card instead.
If you saved the card in the post announcing the Reading challenge, please delete it and use this one instead.

ETA: Thank you [livejournal.com profile] dragonydreams for finding a second typo. It is now fixed.

There was a typo (use of "novel" when I meant "book") in the original card that slipped by me. (Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] gilda_elise for noticing it and pointing it out.)

I've replaced the card in the original post with this one as well.

If you notice any other typos, please let me know.

Apologies for the mix-up.

Mod post: We have a winner!
Congrats to [livejournal.com profile] cordeliadelayne!!! You're our 2019 winner! [livejournal.com profile] keli will be in touch with you via pm shortly to work out the details.

I went to random.org and put in a number range from 1-360. This was the result:

I then check the list of reported bingos to see who was listed in that spot.

Looking forward to 2020

After looking back at the past year, it's time to set our new objectives for 2020!

So what are your plans?
Will you take part in the new challenge? In another challenge?
Will you take part in the Goodreads reading challenge? What goal did you want to reach?
Do you plan to discover new authors, new styles? Or will you keep going with loved authors or ongoing series?
What are the new books you're looking for in 2020?
