It's almost a year ago that I was getting ready to leave for London! Hard to believe. This was a great little book that kept me excited about my upcoming trip.

I'm not really a big fan of YA, but this series is the exception. I'm the first person to say the books are flawed, but I love Katniss and Peeta so much that I just don't care.

It was! The whole series is excellent! This one is book six, and the 14th should come out this year.

This is the first book:

Cixin Liu's The Three-Body Problem. Strange, extraordinary, certainly recommended. I haven't yet made time to finish reading the second and third books in the series, but they're high on my list.

The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen
This book. I can't even.
I'm not a fan of books that feature politics but WOW. My mind was blown so many times! This book has so many twists and turns. So many times I thought I saw it coming and I got ninja'd! <3 I love the characters. Especially Sage, his rival (forgot his name sorry!) and Imogen.
This is a very fun trilogy, but I think this was the most mind explosive of the three. <3

Oooh I read that one a while ago. I have the other two in the trilogy but so far haven't read them. I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed the whole series. Plus she's nice. Major respect for her fan interactions. I hadn't read her books when we met but she was super kind to the girls ahead of me who were clearly in love with her characters.
I hope you like the next two! :D The series is my favorite of all I've read of hers. <3

I really enjoyed it. It's not often I rate a book with 5 stars but I did with that one. It's screaming for a sequel. She left it perfectly poised for one. I hope she writes it.

My post about it is here:
