Books wishlist

What if you could get all the books you want?
Let's imagine that and answer the following questions!

One book per criteria. You shouldn't have the books yet.

1. A precious/special book (rare book, signed one, first edition, not published anymore...)
2. A book that you want to read today (or tomorrow)
3. A not yet published book
4. A book that's too expensive for your budget at the moment
5. A book you'd like to receive as a gift from a person you love

I'd die if I ever got my hands on a signed copy of any of Tolkien's books.

I'm reading the first Mindhunter book atm.

3. A not yet published book

4. A book that's too expensive for your budget at the moment

5. A book you'd like to receive as a gift from a person you love

I've been trying my darnedest to get my hands on Josephine Wilkinson's Richard III: from Lord of the North to King of England. It just doesn't seem to be available anywhere.

2. A book that you want to read today (or tomorrow)

The Dead March: A History of the Mexican-American War by Peter Guardino.

3. A not yet published book

Malorie: A Bird Box Novel by Josh Malerman

4. A book that's too expensive for your budget at the moment

Bosworth 1485: A Battlefield Rediscovered by Glenn Foard

5. A book you'd like to receive as a gift from a person you love

Any book on my list!

1. An autographed first edition of To Kill a Mockingbird
2. China MiƩville's The City & the City I just finished watching the brilliant miniseries and want to read the book it's based on.
3. Graphic novel Papergirls 6 I love this series.
4. The World-Famous Ratner's Meatless Cookbook After reading about Judith Ratner's life in My Mother's Kitchen: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and the Meaning of Life I'd like to read the cookbook of the recipes of her family's NYC restaurant. I just can't see spending $25 on a small format paperback from 1991. I hope I find one at an estate sale.
5. Mamushka: Recipes from Ukraine and Eastern Europe by Olia Hercules. I keep checking this out of the library which is a sign I need to own a copy.

1. Snakebite: Lives and Legends of Central Pennsylvania (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5072593-snakebite) - It's not published anymore and I'd like a copy to match Glimm's other book, Flatlanders and Ridgerunners (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2454400.Flatlanders_and_Ridgerunners). The author played a large role in my literary and personal life.

2. Any of the Hogarth Shakespeare Series (https://www.goodreads.com/series/158687) - There are a million books I want to read, but these are books that I must read soon.

3. Shorefall (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/42393392-shorefall) - I love Robert Jackson Bennett's books.

4. The Death and Resurrection Show (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1273182.The_Death_And_Resurrection_Show) - It's not being published any longer and I've been wanting to read it for the longest time. The few copies out there are hella expensive.

5. I couldn't want more from this. My husband regularly buys photography and art books for me for Christmas and birthdays and it's awesome. I have a lovely collection. It's mostly shelter dogs and Americana, the two subjects I love the most.
